Workplan 295.0 – Problem to resolve: Cost of manufacturing of light sources for automotive headlamps.

Based on government specifications for light output and beam pattern and on customer’s requirements for life of product, engineers had to add two gases where one gas cost 10 times more than the other.  After many experiments by engineers the only solution was even utilization of both gases.  Search for proper gas combination that will meet specifications while minimizing cost of production.  Ingredient names where removed to protect any sensitive information. Gas A the least expensive was used in a proportion of 60% in the final solution.  The reader will find quadratic and square equations in the Behavioral Laws Report.
